Morris Township of Washington County is requesting sealed bids for four (4) garage doors for the township cinder shed, with installation, to be completed by the end of December, 2024. Morris Township of Washington County will be accepting bids for four(4) garage doors for the township cinder shed, with installation. Specifications for two(2) are as follows: 14'X14' CHI 3220 Ribbed Steel non insulated door or equivalent, Standard White Finish, No Windows, Standard radius track, Side mount jackshaft style opener, White Vinyl weather stripping. Specifications for remaining two(2): 14'X14' CHI 6200 roll up doors or equivalent, Standard White finish, No windows, Side mount operators (There is 20" of room from the bottom of the door header to the bottom of the truss for the box to mount), White Vinyl Weather stripping. The installer is responsible for supplying interior treated jamb boards for track to mount on. If you have any questions about the specifications or would like to look at the cinder shed, please call the Morris Township office at 724-222-0352 and we can arrange for someone meet you at the site or answer any questions. Projects over $25,000 will be required to use prevailing wage rates. Electrical service should not be included in this bid.
