Sealed bids will be received by Morris Township, Tioga County for: 2,000 tons more or less of 2A limestone, state approved, stockpile and tailgate spread, delivery and pick up price; 1,000 tons more or less of 2RC limestone, state approved, stockpile and tailgate spread, delivery and pick up price; 6,000 tons more or less of DSA, state approved, stockpile and tailgate spread, delivery and pick up price. 500 tons more or less of R3, state approved, stockpile and tailgate spread, delivery and pick up price. 1,000 tons more or less of 1% washed 1Bs, state approved, stockpile and tailgate spread, delivery and pick up price. 1,500 more or less of Anti-Skid, stock pile and tailgate spread, delivery and pick up price. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract or letter of credit. The Township has the right to reject any or all bids.
