10/2/24 - This amendment replaces Attachment 9 - PECP PECP Pricesheet with an updated version titled Attachment 9 - NMCC PECP Pricesheet_REV1 and also adds Attachment 10 - NMCC Solicitation QA_2Oct24 to provide answers to the questions received prior to the closing of the Question period. NMCC Facility Maintenance Services Solicitation - FA701424R0069 The objective of this effort is to provide the 844CS, NMCC Operations Branch (844 CS/SCON) effective and timely Mission Critical facility systems services to the NMCC No Fail Mission with first response above and beyond the normal facility services available from Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) at the Pentagon for the NMCC and Global Situation Awareness Facility (GSAF) 24/7/365. The NMCC and the GSAF are both contained within a Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) located in the basement and mezzanine of the Pentagon. A Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance to include Special Intelligence (SI), Talent Keyhole (TK), GAMMA (G), HUMNIT Control System (HCS) and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is required for access which WHS personnel do not possess. The total mission area floor space is 283,000 sq. ft. The High-altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) facility, within the NMCC, comprises 12,000 sq. ft. of the space. The entire SCIF boundary is CBR protected. There is over 100,000 sq. ft. of mission support spaces to include mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, communications closets, and storage rooms. The 844 CS/SCON also provides facility systems assistance within a 300-mile radius of the Pentagon for military operations and missions to include, but not limited to, the Pentagon, Fort Belvoir VA, and Raven Rock Mountain Complex. Occasional support beyond the 300-mile radius may also be required for support of testing, design and demonstration of facility systems approximately one time per year. The main goal of the 844 CS/SCON is to provide Command and Control Systems the protection and survivability with 24/7/365 emergency response and operations of supporting facility systems
