The United States Army Band (TUSAB), "Pershing's Own" in conjunction with the U.S. Army Military District of Washington (MDW) present A Holiday Festival. This annual event is part of an ongoing community relations program that showcases the Army's most prestigious military band while bringing to the Washington, D.C. community a special insight to the Army through musical entertainment. In addition, this performance is recorded for worldwide television broadcast through the Defense Media Activity and social websites providing a musical gift that transcends the immediate Washington, D.C. viewing area during the holiday season. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide production support for the 2024, American Holiday Festival Concert as defined in this PWS, except for those items specified as government-furnished property and services. Place of Performance: DAR Constitution Hall, Washington, DC Period of Performance: Base Year: 1 November 2024 - 31 October 2025 Option Year 1: 1 November 2025 - 31 October 2026 Option Year 2: 1 November 2026 - 31 October 2027 Option Year 3: 1 November 2027 - 31 October 2028 Option Year 4: 1 November 2028 - 31 October 2029 Offeror Questions and Clarifications: Any questions, comments or clarifications concerning any aspect of the solicitation shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to carolina.d.banks.civ@army.mil and gwendolyn.bridges5.civ@army.mil one (1) calendar day after issuance of solicitation.
