Services that include the removal and replacement of the existing air handling unit (AHU); with a new, cost and energy efficient, air handling unit (AHU) on the 2nd floor of the Noyes Building located on the Spring Grove Hospital Center campus, at 55 Wade Avenue, Catonsville, Maryland. The Contract will also include all applicable services and tasks associated with removal and disposal of the existing AHU, peripheral components and installation of the new AHU, peripheral components, equipment and warranty. Spring Grove Hospital Center is fully Joint Commission accredited and CMS certified and is an integral part of the mental health services delivery system of the State of Maryland, providing inpatient treatment for adults and adolescents (ages 13 through 17). The SGHC campus is comprised of approximately 175 acres.
