The work shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required for the construction of: Site 2 Sta. 12+90.00 Install Triple 108" x 62' Culvert Pipe, Type 3,4 or 5, w/Prefabricated Headwalls on 30 Skew (RHB) Site 10 Sta. 17+62.20, 63.2' Lt. to Sta. 17+99.7, 36.6' Lt. Install Single, Single Broken Back 36" x 46' Culvert Pipe, Type 3, w/Flared End Section on Inlet Sta. 37+67.50 Install Triple, Double Broken Back 78" x 44' Culvert Pipe, Type 3,4 or 5 w/Prefabricated Headwalls Each bidder will be required to submit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the County Treasurer of Boyd County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of their proposal. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Boyd County Board of Supervisors. The bidder will include an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with the proposal. The Contractor will be allowed 21 calendar days on Site 2 and 45 calendar days on Site 10 for completion of the work. The required completion date of the project is May 31 ,2025. Please note that although there are two sites, this is considered to be one project and should be bid as such. The Boyd Board of County Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to pass upon the regularity, and to waive any irregularities.
