On Call Flooring and Flooring Installation Multnomah County ("County") Department of County Assets on behalf of the Facilities and Property Management, is seeking proposals from qualified dealerships or distributors ("Contractor") to provide flooring, installation, and related services for ongoing and future projects. The intent would be to work with a commercial flooring contractor that has access to multiple manufacturers that the County can access under one Contract. Flooring to be purchased and installed includes but is not limited to: Carpet, vinyl, Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), ceramic tile, concrete, linoleum, Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT), wood, and natural stone. Any proposal must be able to define within narrow limits, the length of downtime associated with installation or repairs to the flooring system. The complete Flooring System includes but is not limited to the following: Flooring, cove base (a trim piece that transitions from a wall to a floor, with a curved or angled "toe" that fits against the floor), and associated materials for repairs, emergency response, and installation beyond the scope of maintenance personnel. Fixed term. The contract term shall be five (5) years.
