Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, payable to the Borough of Upland. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid package, particularly to the Public Works Employment Verification, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. The Council of the Borough of Upland reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in part or in whole, and to waive any informalities as they deem in the best interest of the Borough of Upland.
