Bids shall be sealed and marked as F.Y. 2025 Street Resurfacing mailed or delivered to: Borough of Upland 224 Castle Avenue Upland, PA 19015 F.Y. 2025 Street Resurfacing - Scope of work includes milling and resurfacing of roadways and the construction of one ADA Curb Ramp Corner. The project is comprised of an approximate total of the following items of work: A. 4,800 SY of Milling B. 4,800 SY of Superpave Mixture Wearing Course Overlay C. One (1) ADA Curb Ramp Corner D. Maintenance and Protection of Traffic E. Mobilization Bidders are required to submit a surety in the form of a bond or equivalent meeting 10% of the overall bid price in compliance with the contract documents. Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract. The successful Bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. The Contract Documents contain all pertinent regulations. Award of Contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
