All requests for clarification must be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the anticipated date of receipt of Bids. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check, money order or bidder surety bond in the amount specified in instructions to bidders as a guarantee that ifthe proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into, and its performance properly secured. The project shall be funded through PENNVEST. PA Prevailing wage rates will be required to be paid on this contract. PA Steel Product Procurement Act and Competitive Procurement ('Or Equal' Requirements) are mandated for the project. All questions concerning this solicitation must be sent via email to dsell@widmerengineering.com The Borough of Monaca reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the best interest of the Borough.
