The project involves the replacement of approximately 140 linear feet of waterline with 6-inch ductile iron pipe and the installation of associated service lines and fittings on Pennsylvania Ave. The purpose of the project is to adjust the elevation of the waterline to accommodate future work at the intersection. All bidders must submit bid security in the amount of 10%. The Borough of Monaca reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the Borough. Question Deadline 10/10/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via Online. later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
