Initiating Organization: Engineering Agreement Type: Project Specific 100% State Funded: No Services Requested: Design and Misc Services Part 1 Part Name: PE for SR 376, Section B17 Project Description: Preliminary engineering services for SR 376-B17 include but not be limited to: bridge preservation/rehabilitation/replacement, sign structure preservation/replacement, bridge inspections/analysis for design purposes, asbestos inspection, research background drawings/information, evaluate intersecting welds and the fracture-critical nature of the structures, TS&L submission, final structure plans, survey, soils and geological investigations, erosion and sedimentation control design, right-of-way investigation, structural analysis and design, hydraulic and hydraulic analysis, drainage design, design for maintenance and protection of traffic, pavement marking and signing plan preparations, lighting design and plan preparation, utility coordination, subsurface utility exploration, and design coordination with PADEP and the Beaver County Conservation District, municipal officials, and the public. Anticipated structures are listed in the attachment. Part 2 Part Name: FD for SR 376, Section B17 Project Description: Final Design services may include, but not be limited to: quality development plan, preparing and securing approval for all required permits, ASTA pre-bid construction schedule, supplemental survey, public involvement and third party coordination, geotechnical reports, utility coordination, constructability/maintainability review, safety review, final TS&L, construction cost estimates, final plans (roadway, cross sections, E&S, ROW, structure, lighting, traffic control, signing and pavement marking, etc.), and a Plans, Specifications & Estimate (PS&E) package. Part 3 Part Name: Services during Construction for SR 376-B17 Project Description: Services during construction may include, but not be limited to: shop drawing review, preparation of as-built drawings, and consultation during construction. Part 4 Part Name: Other Administrative Activities for SR 376-B17 Project Description: Other administrative activities as directed by the project manager for unforeseen work that could arise during the final stages of project development. The anticipated date of selection for this agreement is 2/11/2026, with a NTP on the first part anticipated for 03/01/2026. The goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation in this agreement shall be 0 of the total agreement cost. Cost included in a DBE firm's price proposal as direct cost of work and services by others shall not count as DBE participation in this agreement, unless completed by a DBE firm. Additional information concerning DBE participation in this agreement is contained in the General Requirements and Information Section referenced below.
