The scope of work under this project includes multiple trade contracts to furnish and install site and building components to facilitate the establishment of the student housing campus with necessary contiguous platform decking, ramps, steps, plumbing, fire, and electrical utility service entrances, connection and distribution to each modular unit, fencing and associated site preparation and improvements.
