The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to install a 30' light pole at Jay Nolfi Park. Questions Due Date: Sep 25th 2024, 5:00 PM AKDT Online Portal Questions or requests for clarification directed to any other member of the Borough staff other than Borough Purchasing or consultants may be grounds for rejection of quote as being irregular. E-mail questions to Purchasing@matsugov.us The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is requesting bids from qualified contractors to install a 30' light pole at Jay Nolfi Park, located at 4132 S Casey Dr, Big Lake, AK 99654. A galvanized light pole is available at no cost to the contractor but must be picked up at the MSB O&M yard. The contractor will need to configure the MSB provided light pole by attaching the light, installing the light pole using a pile-driven foundation, and wiring the pole to turn on after dusk. The lighting fixtures for this project will have ballistic glass to protect the light fixtures from vandalism
