Walnut Street Sidewalk and Curb Replacements. Site Address: Walnut Street Description: The contract work consists of replacement of existing combination concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, new concrete driveway approaches and a new non-ada accessible delivery ramp with concrete stairs and hand railing. The awarded contractor will enter into two (2) separate agreements for this work. Work on private property to install the new ramp, stairs and hand railing will be contracted directly with the building owner of 221 N. Walnut Street. Work on public right-of-way to install new combination concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, and concrete driveway approaches will be contracted with the City of Byron. The base bid scope of work consists of curb and gutter and sidewalk replacements along Walnut Street and includes the construction of a fully ADA compliant concrete ramp for Kobel's Heating and Plumbing Inc. at 221 N. Walnut Street. HMA paving, striping and other improvements as documented in the engineering plans attached herein are also included in this scope of w
