Description

Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

It shall be the intent of this contract to provide an engineering evaluation, demolition plan/sequence, and the furnishing of all labor, supervision, and necessary equipment to demolish, remove, and dispose of specific existing buildings and USTs (Underground Storage Tank) located on the parcels listed in the Scope of Work, all in strict accordance with PennDOT Publication 408, Section 202-Total Demolition or Partial Demolition of Buildings and Other Structures.
