Description

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

The Scope of Work includes the following: Replacement of existing flat roof with EDPM roofing, rigid insulation installation, aluminum wall cap flashing, limited decking replacement and Masonry repair and exterior brick repointing. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid will be required.
