Main Street, Norristown, PA 19403. Project scope includes a modification to existing structure to create 3 new classrooms, a sensory room and under slab plumbing modifications to accommodate newly added toilet rooms in the classrooms. There will be minor structural work on the roof and MEP work for the new classrooms. Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days after the date of the bid opening.
