The City of Columbiana intends to contract for engineering design services for construction of new ADA compliant pedestrian facilities (sidewalks and crosswalks) along the high activity primary loop roadway in the Firestone Park of the City of Columbiana. The project will also include restoration of the existing brick lined gutters with ADA compliant curb ramps to be added as needed. Firms interested in providing engineering design services shall be pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) for Non-Complex Roadway Design, and Financial Management System Evaluation (FMSE) (both prime and subconsultants must be pre-qualified in FMSE). Statement of Qualifications should include at a minimum the following: Firm history including education and experience of the project manager, key technical personnel, and any necessary key sub-consultant staff. ODOT Pre-Qualifications: Non-complex Roadway Design and Financial Management System Evaluation (FMSE) (both prime and subconsultants must be pre-qualified in FMSE) Availability of staff; Equipment and facilities; Location of firm and proximity to the project site; Current/past relevant project experience; and References. Environmental Services Pre-Qualifications: Environmental Document Preparation-CE, Ecological Surveys, Archaeological Investigations, History/Architectural Investigations, Regulated Materials Review, and Public Involvement-C1 &C2 Level CEs.
