Renovation of a municipal facility in Columbiana, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Bids Proposals will be accepted for Single Prime Contract for the combined General Trades, Plumbing, H.V.A.C. and Electrical Work on a lump sum basis. The contract will be awarded to the "lowest and best" bidder.. Total Probable Cost of Construction: $450,000.00 Each bidder will be required to submit with his bid, a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the bid in conformance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid in accordance with Chapter 153.05 of the Ohio Revised Code. The right is reserved by the Board of Trustees to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for at least (60) sixty days after the opening thereof The Architects shall receive inquiries on their plans and specifications up to five (5) days prior to the bid due date The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The Project includes the reroofing of an existing facility as described in the drawings and specifications. 2. Also included in the Project is work associated with plumbing, mechanical and electrical as described in the drawings and specifications. Question Deadline 07/11/2024
