Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Augusta, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.

The proposed work includes the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to construct Augusta Bottom Road Bridge Replacement, STP-7302(693) in St. Charles County, Missouri. The construction shall include all work incidental to the furnishing of materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to remove the existing bridge structure and construct an aluminum box culvert along with grading and asphalt paving in St. Charles County, Missouri. All bidders must meet the MoDOT requirements as a Contractor at least seven (7) days prior to bid opening in accordance with Section 102.2 of the St. Charles County Standard Specifications for Arterial Highway Construction A Performance Bond and Payment and Materials Bond are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Cashiers Check or Certified Check, or a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an approved Surety Company and payable to the County, in an amount not less than Five Percent (5%) of the Sum Total of the Base Bid. The DBE goal for this letting is a minimum of 7% of the total contract amount. The County reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities therein to determine the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, and to approve the bond. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of Bids. The County intends to issue the Notice to Proceed on or about February 3, 2025.
