Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Augusta, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
All work must meet current building codes currently adopted by St. Charles County. Contractor to provide a detailed schedule of the work to be done. Work begins no sooner than 11/2/2026 and must be completed by no later than 3/26/2027. Remove and replace all water lines from the pit along Hwy 94 through the whole park. All new water lines are to be placed in the same trench as the existing except where designated on the aerial photo (17) All water lines are to be excavated & trenched not bored. Reinstalling the new pipe as the old pipe is being removed to minimize total open trench area. All pipe sizes will need to be replaced with the same size as the existing. (Some measurements are unknown and contractor needs to be aware and prepared). All main water lines need to be 3" SDR 21 all laterals will be the same material just different sizes where needed. All new pipes must lay on top of 6" of compacted 1 " minus and have 6" of compacted 1 " minus on top of it. All water lines must be buried a minimum of 36" in landscaped areas and 42" under paved areas.
