This section generally describes the project and includes work by others, work sequencing, Contractor's use of premises, Owner occupancy, maintenance and operation of existing facilities, special conditions, and work restrictions. LOCATION OF PROJECT SITE A. The project site is located along County Road 509 and along E 1st Street / County Road 658 in Laddonia in Audrain County, MO. 1. This project also includes the crossing of several county roads, US Highway 54 and CPKC (formerly Kansas City Southern) Railroad. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. The work involves construction of approximately 31,660 ft of 8" C900 PR235 PVC water main and a point of connection building, pre-fabricated by EFI and pre-procured by Clarence Cannon Wholesale Water Commission. WORK SEQUENCE A. The work sequence shall be determined by the Contractor and within ten (10) days after the "Notice to Proceed" is issued shall: 1. Meet the Owner and Engineer to discuss the sequencing proposed
