Eau Claire County and the Beaver Creek Reserve is requesting bids for Roof replacement at the Citizen Science Building located at S1 County Road K, Fall Creek, WI, as specified in this bid. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Replace existing roofing materials as specified below. Alternates must be approved by Eau Claire County and Beaver Creek Reserve prior to bid submission: Remove and Dispose of the existing roof system down to the wood decking. Install 6' ice and water shield along the roof eaves and 3' ice and water shield in the valleys. Supply and install synthetic roof felt. Supply and install all related flashings, trims, and roof venting as required by UCC and local codes. Use specified Boral Pine Crest Metal Shakes OR approved alternate. If alternate is approved, please indicate on the bid form and include vendor supplied spec sheet/brochure. Specify length of material warranty and length of workmanship warranty, including if it's pro-rated. Include any and all necessary permits needed to complete project. State the expected start and completion date on the bid form. Contractorto complete project asspecified. Upon commencement of work,the contractoristo finish the project and not pull off the job. Contractors are required to verify measurements/requirements prior to bidding. Contractors will be responsible for providing their own dumpster if needed, or haul refuse offsite. We require ten (10) day notice prior to the first workday. Working hours shall be Monday through Friday 8:00am CDT to 7:00pm CDT. Weekends with notice and approval from the Beaver Creek Reserve Executive Director.
