Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fall Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a library; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; theater / auditorium; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Village of Fall Creek is accepting sub-contractor bids for a new public library and community building. The building will total 18,858 sq. ft. the exterior wall will be masonry and interior wall metal stud. The building will include a large library with circulation desk, staff work area, breakroom with kitchenet and toilet room, meeting rooms, activity spaces, several offices, multi user toile rooms, and the buildings mechanical room. Off the corridor, there will be multi-user toilet rooms, a large Community Room with storage and warming kitchen, as well as an Office Suite with reception, storage, toilet room, breakroom with kitchenet, several offices, and a conference room. Coordinate all work with the Construction Manager and other trades.
