Site work for a civil project in Fall Creek, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
** As of June 11, 2025, project was awarded to Haas Sons & Haas Transport, Inc. , awarded amount is $555,953 ** USH 12 Sanitary Extension and Lift Station In general, the project consists of the construction of approximately 300 LF of directionally drilled sanitary force main, 400 LF of gravity sewer, a sanitary sewer lift station and associated pavement replacement and restoration. A single prime bid will be received for the work. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the Bid Deadline Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds If requested, the apparent low bidder will be required to submit evidence of qualifications to the Owner prior to award of contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
