Site work for a water / sewer project in Delaware, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description Improvement of surface drainage, installation of subsurface drainage, and the destruction of existing subsurface drain tile. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. Awarding of the contract shall be to the Lowest and Best bidder as determined by the Delaware County Board of Commissioners in the best interest of Delaware County. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The owner of the project is the Delaware County Board of Commissioners. This project/improvement is being done pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 6131 and 6137.
