TAG Community Living, located in Delaware, Delaware County, Ohio, announces its intent to solicit cost proposals for a housing renovation located at 41 Orchard Heights, Delaware, Ohio. Scope is outlined in bid documents, but includes kitchen renovations, restroom renovations, water heater replacement, window and sliding glass replacement, and roof replacement. Base bid cost estimate for this project is $150,000. Questions regarding these documents should be addressed in writing to MSA Design, Attn: Tyler Akins at takins@msaarch.com. This is a prevailing wage contract in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4115 and the requirements of the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Labor and Worker Safety, Wage and Hour Bureau. Bidders shall comply with all applicable provisions. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof.
