2025 Calcium Nitrate Chemical Supply Contract All bids shall be accompanied by a bond or certified check, cashier's check, or money order on a solvent bank or savings and loan association in the amount of $1,000.00, conditioned that the bidder, if the bidder's bid is accepted, shall execute a contract in conformity to the invitation and the bid. Questions about the project shall be directed in writing to Julie McGill via email at jmcgill@co.delaware.oh.us. GENERAL This contract is an agreement to furnish the chemical(s) listed in the bid blank at stated unit prices when requested by the Owner, defined as the Delaware County Board of Commissioners or the Delaware County Regional Sewer District (collectively known as "County"). The period of the contract shall be one (1) year, January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional one (1) years terms if mutually agreeable by both the County and Contractor. Bidder agrees to furnish any chemical(s) ordered under this contract promptly as requested by the Owner. Failure to furnish such chemical(s) within the time and manner specified by the Owner shall be documented by the County and may be cause to deny any future contract award under Lowest and Best bidder consideration.
