Question Deadline 10/03/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to the attention of JoAnn Bowman, at procurement@faypwc.com Each Bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check or certified check drawn on a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or Savings Association Insurance Fund. Checks shall be payable to Fayetteville Public Works Commission, Fayetteville, North Carolina, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that a Sale of Good Agreement, if awarded, will be entered into. In lieu thereof, a Bid Bond may be submitted by the bidder. Fayetteville Public Works Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason determined by PWC to be in its best interest, or to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance, and the time specified in the bids for the performance of the contract.
