1. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The contractor shall furnish all engineering, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and services, unless otherwise specified herein, to purchase and install emergency notification consoles in Bldg 661, Ft Eustis, VA. This console is a "Local Operator Console Addition"; therefore, it is a component added into an already existing system. 2. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS 2.1 Work Description 2.1.1 The Contractor will provide and install 3 mass notification systems inclusive of remote device supervision, monitor, and associated cabling. 2.1.2 The Contractor will provide and install all wiring, cables and connectors to update the existing system. 3. SERVICE SUPPORT 3.1 The Contractor shall provide the following customer support services: 3.1.1 Labor for commissioning start-up of system 3.1.2 One complete pre-test and one complete final test with AHJ on the system. 3.1.3 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals upon final acceptance. 4. CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS 4.1 Contractor shall provide a minimum 1-year parts and labor warranty for all installed software/hardware/infrastructure. Option to extend warranty when the 1-year period is expired at Government's discretion is required.
