Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Coldwater, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Estimated project cost is $500,000-$750,000 Boat Launch, Parking Areas, and Park Improvements in Rotary Park. This bid will include, but not be limited to, demolition of onsite buildings and other elements, replacement and expansion of the existing boat launch, new parking areas, boat wash station, water and sanitary utilities with connections to a pre-fabricated restroom building purchased separately by the City, sidewalks, and river overlook. Additional work included will provide expansion and improvements to the adjacent Gathering of the Flags War Memorial in Oak Grove Cemetery. Bid Security shall be made payable to the City of Coldwater, Michigan in an amount of five percent of the Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety. Prevailing wages (Davis-Bacon) ARE NOT required on this project.
