Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Coldwater, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Coldwater Township will receive proposals from General Contractors. The work in general involves a 1,400 square foot building addition, interior renovation, mechanical and electrical upgrades. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid must accompany each proposal. Successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for Labor & Material Bonds and Performance Bonds. The cost of said bonds shall be included in the proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to award a contract to other than the low bidder, to waive any irregularities and/or informalities, and, in general, to make awards in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of Coldwater Township.
