Engraved Bricks. Minimum Requirements: o Must be able to have a maximum of 21 characters per line and up to 4 lines per brick. o Bricks must be available in 4"x8" or 8"x8". o Must not have a minimum order. o Delivery for bricks must be made within 4 weeks if not sooner and always have free shipping. o Must have Free lift gate service to deliver the bricks to a site selected by the City of Waterbury to a City of Waterbury location. o Price per brick must include all shipping and delivery costs. o Urgent requests must be accepted . o Vendor must have extensive track record of creating and shipping engraved bricks, 10 plus years minimum in service. o Vendor shall assign an associate to work directly with the City of Waterbury to create an order form that includes both text and logos/pictures. Associate will be point of contact for all orders and delivery tracking. o Bricks must be permeable interlocking concrete paver, concrete brick Hanson o Color to be Red/Charcoal and made for driveways or walkways. General Description The purpose of this bid is to receive pricing for engraved bricks as part of a fundraising project in the City of Waterbury. No later than thirty (30) calendar days after receipt by the Contractor, the Contractor shall deliver to the City a copy of the Contractor's insurance policies and endorsements and riders.
