Renovation of a municipal facility in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remove all signage, whiteboards and bulletin boards from the walls. Paint the 1st floor except for the lobby and reception. Remove wallpaper on floors 2 and 3, all stairwells, and restrooms in its entirety. All walls must be repaired, patched, and prepped prior to receiving new paint. Leave site in clean condition for subsequent work In order to ensure each bidder has the most current information for bidding there is an established date and time for last questions to be asked. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make such requests, in writing only, to Lee Barrier, Purchasing Agent, at Lee.Barrier@sedgwick.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. If you have any questions or difficulties, please contact Purchasing at Purchasing@sedgwick.gov or call (316) 660-7255 for assistance. Late or incomplete responses will not be accepted and will not receive consideration for final award. Board of County Commissioners will consider award on Wednesday, October 16, 2023, although this date could change.
