The project generally includes HVAC upgrades for Norwood. Parker, and Harris Halls. Demolition shall include removal of all VRF systems in all Buildings. Architectural work shall consist of ceiling removal and replacement as indicated on the drawings, new soffits and chases for mechanical work, and patching. Structural work shall. consist of all structural support necessary for new mechanical equipment and building penetrations. Mechanical work shall consist of new AHUS, VAVs, and FCUs and all associated temperature controls for Norwood, Parker, and Harris Hall and new wet pipe sprinkler system for Harris Hall.
