Renovation of a municipal facility in Rolla, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Phase 2A Animal Shelter - Kennel Slab & Hydronic Piping The bid price shall include furnishing equipment, labor, and materials to install compacted base, vapor barrier, hydronic piping, and place an estimated 3,863 square feet of concrete slab-ongrade. All Bids Shall Be on the Proposal Form Provided and Shall Be Accompanied by Submittals and a Bid Bond Issued by an Acceptable Surety Company and Payable to the Order of the City of Rolla, for Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount of the Bid. Performance and Payment Bonds Will Be Required Before Issuing a Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages - Should the contractor fail to complete the work on or before the completion date specified the contractor will be charged liquidated damages in the amount of $500.00 per calendar day for each full calendar day that the work is not fully completed. Liquidated damages will not be charged for weekends and holidays. Project completion date shall be May 15, 2025. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
