Site work and paving for a civil project in Rolla, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Scope of Work includes construction of 7,192 LF of 12-Inch Diameter discharging water main, 400 LF of 16-inch diameter suction main, bore under Highway E, service connection change overs, all fire hydrants and appurtenances for operation and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Rolla Municipal Utilities anticipates issuing notice to proceed in February 2025. Project must be completed by August 1, 2025. The Owner Intends to Award the Contract to the Most Responsive, Responsible Bidder Submitting the Lowest Bid. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive Any Irregularities in The Best Interest of the Owner. Bidders may request clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents by making a written request via email to the Engineer, rjohanning@cochraneng.com. Questions in regards to Bid Documents will be received until 4:00PM, Friday, December 13, 2024.
