Site work for a civil project in Celina, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
For the construction of the Green Ditch, located in Center Township, Sections 17, 18, 20 and 29, Mercer County, Ohio, starting approximately 2,000 feet south of Howick Road (approximately 500 feet east of Celina Mendon Road), traveling north to the Celina Mendon Road bridge crossing, continuing north and west to the Stose Road bridge crossing until Green Ditch enters Blierdorfer Ditch. Sections of the ditch will be converted to a two-stage ditch and sections will be cleaned and maintained as a traditional ditch. A Bid Guaranty Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by a certified check, cashiers check, or letter of credit on a solvent bank in the amount of not less than 10% of the amount of the Bid, subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder(s) will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Bid. The Mercer County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities when the same are to the Boards advantage. Alternate B will be evaluated as part of the bid reviews and may or may not be included in the final contract.
