Site work for a water / sewer project in Duchouquet Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The completion date for this project has been set for the 30th day of September, 2025 to install the tile. Final leveling deadline is the 31th of March, 2026. There are NO CROP RESTRICTIONS during the 2025 growing season. The ROEDIGER #3 Ditch will consist of installing approximately: 964 LF of 12" dual wall pipe or flexible dual plastic tubing 574 LF of 10" dual wall pipe or flexible dual plastic tubing The tile installation shall be with a wheel trenching machine (no aggregate backfill required). ALL other methods of installation shall be installed with 4" aggregate bedding and shall be backfilled with same aggregate to cover the pipe. All aggregates used shall be included in the unit cost bid for the installed pipe except where noted in the construction plans. The Contractor will have a TOTAL OF 90 CALENDAR DAYS to complete the tile installation starting from the day of the commencement of the construction, to the last day all installed items of the contract are approved and considered completed. Leveling and seeding will be finished at a later date. The awarded contractor shall also make arrangements with the landowner, and/or the farm operator for each specific property directly affected by this project for entry and/or right-of-way access to this project. Partial payments can be made for pipe delivered on site.
