The Town of Malabar is hereby requesting proposals, from qualified Contractors for inspection/cleaning of culverts and provide reports of the Town's storm drains, pipe and culverts, and catch basins as directed by the Streets and Roads Department, under a term contract for two (2) years with firm fixed pricing, from the date of award of the contract, with an optional (1) year renewal period based on available funding, continued need for the service and mutual party acceptance as may be in the best interest of the Town. Questions after this date will not be answered. The Town of Malabar is seeking proposals from qualified proposers, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide Culvert Inspection/Cleaning Services inclusive of labor, materials and equipment in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained herein. A liquidated damages clause outlining the extent and outcomes of non-compliance will be included and rigorously enforced on this project. The Town Council of the Town of Malabar reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities or irregularities, and to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal as they may deem to be in the best interest of the citizens of the Town of Malabar.
