North Texas Recreation Center is on 4.43 acres with access to the Linear Park pathway. The improvements include VOLUME 1 SITE IMPRVOEMENTS and VOLUME 2 BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS. Volume 1, Site Improvement work generally consists of, but not limits to the following; site demolition, clearing, grading, installation of water, sewer, storm drain and electrical utilities, pedestrian and vehicular pavement, asphalt parking lot, picnic areas, shade shelters, wayfinding, play equipment, multi-use turf fields, fitness equipment, multi-use courts, ramps, fencing, landscaping, irrigation as specified in the contract documents and as directed by the City Engineer.
