The required 8 Acoustical Panels shall meet or exceed the following physical attributes: Perforated steel acoustical panels - Horizontally corrugated Designed to withstand in a jail environment - ability to withstand various impacts Shall include all mounting hardware for installation Must include all necessary trim and any other components required for installation Shall be designed to not expose any fasteners Color: Panels shall be of a basic level, powder coat, grey finish The required 8 Acoustical Panels shall be in the following dimensions: 8 FT. X 24 FT. 6 FT. X 24 FT. 8 FT. X 4 FT. 6 FT. X 24 FT. 8 FT. X 4 FT. 6 FT. X 24 FT. 8 FT. X 4 FT. 8 FT. X 24 FT. State of California prevailing wage is in effect for this work. It shall be mandatory upon the contractor to pay not less than the said prevailing rates of wages to all workers employed by contractor in the execution of the contract. Pursuant to provisions of section 1770, et seq., of the labor code of the state of California, the contractor shall pay its employees the general prevailing rate of wages as determined by the director of the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Any bidder shall possess a valid business license and current contractor's license, if applicable, and the required classification(s) of contractor's license, issued by the state of California in order to perform the work described in the contract documents. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to cancel this IFB in part or in its entirety.
