The Douglasville - Douglas County Water & Sewer Authority (hereafter referred to as the "Authority") is soliciting quotes from qualified contractors for the demolition of one (1) residential house, one (1) detached garage, and one (1) barn located at 5770 Walton Store Road in Douglasville, Georgia. The Scope of Work is as follows: The Contractor shall be responsible for the provision of all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary for the proper completion of the Project, in accordance with the specific The work will be performed on property owned by the Authority, and no easements are required for the performance of the work required by this Request for Quotes. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining a demolition permit from Douglas County and paying all associated fees. The house to be demolished is owned by the Authority. The property is an individual residential lot with a detached single-family house. Basic information regarding size and age is based on information from the Douglas County Tax Assessor and has not been independently verified. The Authority reserves the right to reject all quotes or any quote that is nonresponsive or submitted by a non-responsible Contractor. The Authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and informalities in this Request for Quotes and the quotes submitted.
