Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 002116- Instructions to Bidders. Submit your offer on the Bidding Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. This project is being funded in part by a grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Bidders and subcontractors must comply with Federal requirements relating to equal opportunity and to the Davis Bacon Act, Kopeland Anti- kickback Act, Executive orders 11246 and 11375, Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 3 of the Urban Development Act of 1968 as well as other Federal Regulations as contained in the Project Manual.
