Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Douglasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Authority reserves the right to reject all quotes or any quote that is nonresponsive or submitted by a non-responsible Offeror. The Authority reserves the right to waive technicalities and informalities in this Request for Quotes and the quotes submitted. To receive consideration, questions shall be submitted by e-mail to the Senior Procurement Specialist, Joseph Morency, at jmorency@ddcwsa.com by the close of business at least seven (7) days before the advertised date for receipt of quotes. The Authority will then issue written responses to Offerors at the addresses given by them (including by email, if deemed most expedient by the Authority), on or about four (4) days before the date set for the receipt of quotes, addressing all questions so raised which in its opinion require interpretation. The work will be performed on property owned by the Authority, and no easements or utility permits are required for the performance of the work required by this Request for Quotes.
