Reference Number : 0000366566 Build Services for County's New Landfill Transfer Station Job Location : 1730 County Services Road, Douglasville, Georgia 30134 General Requirements - Insurance Required Douglas County reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all bids, to evaluate bids, to accept portions of any bid, and to accept any bid, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to add to or delete from the contract after the contract has been awarded. No bid will be received and accepted after the above specified date and time of the bid opening. Bids submitted after the designated date and time will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the bid opening and all bids shall remain firm during this period. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
