The shop expansion will also feature a 1,720-sf open vehicle storage shelter/pavilion intended to be used for RV and ATV storage. Construction 1. Permits: Contractor must obtain all necessary permits for the project. 2. Inspections: Schedule all required inspections with City Staff. 3. On-Site Management: Maintain on-site staff for construction management. 4. Project Schedule: Develop and maintain a detailed schedule that includes construction milestones, delivery, approvals, inspections, testing, construction, and occupancy milestones. 5. Job Meetings: Conduct and document regular job meetings. 6. Shop Drawings: Maintain a system for the review and approval of shop drawings. 7. Reporting: Maintain records and submit bi-weekly progress reports. 8. Quality Control: Ensure quality control and conformity to plans throughout construction. 9. Cost Control: Provide cost control through the review and verification of progress payments, aligned with the approved schedule and contract amounts. 10. Foundations: Ensure all foundations are supported on suitable bearing material as determined by the geotechnical, construction materials testing, and special inspections representative selected by the City. 11. Subgrade Compaction: Compact the subgrade to 98% of the standard proctor specification. 12. MEP Structures: Install all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing structures as per the plans, preserving any existing utilities. 13. New Equipment: Provide and install all new equipment according to the approved equipment schedule. 14. Construction Elements: Install millwork, masonry, structural steel, foundations, concrete, metal deck, framing, and light gauge metal trusses according to Exhibit A. 15.
