Manitoba Housing requires the services of a General Contractor for a total unit refresh to the complete interior/exterior of one occupied (unit 1 tenant belongings only will be in unit) and one vacated suite. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: plumbing and fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, doors, painting, and electrical fixtures, roofing/siding doors and windows. This Scope of Work is intended to provide a total unit refresh to the complete interior/exterior of one occupied (unit 1 tenant belongings only will be in unit) and one vacated suite. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: Plumbing and fixtures, flooring, cabinetry, doors, painting, and electrical fixtures, roofing/siding doors and windows. Bidders must provide the following with the bid submission when the total bid amount is equal to or greater than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) inclusive of taxes: Type: Bid Bond Amount: 10% of total bid amount A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price; A Labour and Materials Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of Surety in Manitoba, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
