Contractor shall supply a Sluice Gate and all required appurtenances all in accordance with attached specifications, drawings, materials list, line item description and terms and conditions. Late responses and other types of responses shall not be accepted. The successful Contractor shall furnish a stainless steel sluice gate for the Nansemond Treatment Plant located at 6909 Armstead Road, Suffolk, VA 23435 in accordance with the attached specifications. A pre-bid conference/inspection of job site is not a requirement for this Request for Quote. HRSD reserves the right to waive informalities. Informality is a minor defect or variation of a solicitation or proposal from the exact requirements of the request, which does not affect the price, quality, and quantity or delivery schedule for the goods, services or construction being procured. The Chief of Procurement's decision shall be final.
